Strafanzeige gegen ASPA wegen 21.04.14 durch Vier Pfoten

BEKANNTMACHUNG: VIER PFOTEN hat infolge der illegalen Aktionen, die durch Hundefänger der Gemeindeverwaltung durchgeführt wurden, Strafanzeige erstattet gegen die Autorität für Tierüberwachung- und Schutz Bukarest (ASPA). Die Strafanzeige wurde vom 25. Polizeirevier an die Staatsanwaltschaft übergeben. Aspa wird des Diebstahles und Missbrauches im Dienst beschuldigt. Ermittlungen zur Identifizierung aller verantwortlichen Personen dauern an.
Gleichzeitig hat VIER PFOTEN ZWEI Offizielle Anfragen an die ASPA gestellt: 1. Juristische Basis für für die Erstellung der Liste von Organisationen und Personen, die nicht mehr das Recht haben, Hunde aus den öffentlichen Hundelagern zu adoptieren. 2. Liste der Namen sowohl derjenigen, die die Aktion am 21.03.14 angeordnet und autorisiert haben als auch derjenigen, die daran teilnahmen.

Wer erinnern daran, daß am 21.03.14 ASPA Hundefänger nach Aufbrechen der Schlösser illegal die Operations-Nachsorge-Zwinger der VIER PFOTEN Klinik betragen und von dort 18 Hunde stahlen, die sich in der Behandlung durch die Organisation befanden.

ANUNȚ. VIER PFOTEN a depus plângere penală împotriva Autorității pentru Supravegherea și Protecția Animalelor (ASPA) ca urmare a acțiunilor abuzive comise pe 21 martie de hingherii Primăriei Capitalei. Dosarul penal a fost trimis de la Secția 25 de Poliție la Procuratură, urmând punerea sub învinuire sub aspectul săvârșirii infracțiunilor de furt și abuz în serviciu. Cercetările continuă, pentru identificarea tuturor celor vinovați.

În paralel, VIER PFOTEN a depus 2 adrese la ASPA în care solicită: 1. precizarea motivelor legale care au stat la baza listei întocmite de ASPA cu ONG-urile și persoanele fizice care nu mai au dreptul să adopte câini; 2. În baza legii accesului liber la informațiile publice, să precizeze persoana care a autorizat acțiunea de pe data de 21.03.2014 și persoanele care au participat la această acțiune.

Reamintim că pe 21 martie, hingherii ASPA au spart lacătele și au pătruns ilegal în padocurile post-operatorii ale clinicii VIER PFOTEN din curtea ADP Sector 6, de unde au furat 18 câini aflați în îngrijirea organizației.

ANNOUNCEMENT. VIER PFOTEN filed a criminal complaint against the Bucharest Authority for Animal Surveillance and Protection (ASPA) following the illegal actions perpetrated on the 21st of March by the Bucharest City Hall dog catchers. The criminal file was sent from the 25th Police Section of Bucharest to the Public Prosecutor, ASPA being charged of theft and abuse in service. The investigations are in progress for identifying all the responsible persons.
In the same time, VIER PFOTEN filed 2 official requests to ASPA, asking for: 1. The legal reasons for the elaboration of the list containing the names of the NGO’s and the persons that don’t have any more the right to adopt dogs from the public dog pounds; 2. To point out the person that authorized the action on the 21st of March 2014 and the names of the persons participating at this action.
We remind that on the 21st of March, the ASPA dog catchers broke the locks and illegally entered the post-operatory paddocks of the VIER PFOTEN clinic in the premises of the 6th District Public Domain Administration, where they stole the 18 dogs that were under the caring of the organization.
