In 2013, SRI-ul a “numarat” 65.000 de caini in Bucuresti.
In 2013, Romanian Intelligence Service had no other job but to count the dogs from Bucharest. Nobody told us that in fact this number of 65.000 dogs included the dogs with owners. Later, after the prosecution in Ionut case, where not the negligent grandmother was accused, but the owner of the property, where the boy entered illegally because he was not supervised and ASPA’s abuses (dogs catchers paid with lots of money capture dogs from romanians houses) we started to figure out that the authorities actually wanted to violate the right to private property. The mayor of Bucharest, Sorin Oprescu wanted to give a decision which violates the right to private property for the 65,000 dogs must be justified at any cost. Even with the price of the lives of people and animals owned by them. For what you see in these reports, Daniel Tomescu was denied access to ASPA public shelters and is no longer entitled to adopt dogs. For the simple reason that he revealed the truth about the horrible treatment applied by dogs catchers and leaders of the shelters to the dogs. Do you know why is so clean in the shelters? Because according to the witnesses, the dogs don’t have food or water. You can see in the images that they have no water and no food. They are still fat because they were recently stolen from people’s houses or from the places where everybody took care of them.
