Der gewalttätigste Angestellte der Kommunalverwaltung von Dej wurde durch die Veterinärdirektion verurteilt. Es wurde für eine Strafe von 3000 RON (750 € ca) entschieden und ist damit die höchste Strafe, die je für solche Gewalttaten verhängt wurde. Grossen Dank an die Veterinärdirektion, die sich dieses Falles aktiv angenommen hatte. Es ist das erste Urteil das nach Videobeweisen von Vier Pfoten und Pro Anima Terra gesprochen wurde.

Damit sieht man, daß nicht alle Behörden die Augen verschliessen. Wenn Tierschutzorganisationen und Behörden zusammenarbeiten kann sich die Situation wirklich ändern.

Vorausgegangen waren Misshandlungen von Hunden, die von den Tierschutzorganisationen mit versteckter Kamera dokumentiert werden konnten:

Cel mai violent dintre angajatii primariei de la adapostul de caini din Dej a fost amendat ieri de catre Directia Sanitar Veterinara. Acesta a primit o amenda in valoare de 3000 de RON, cuantumul maxim pentru actele de violenta savarsite. Multumim Directiei Sanitar Veterinare ca s-a autosesizat in acest caz care face deja inconjurul lumii starnind revolta tuturor. Astfel aceasta este prima institutie care ia atitudine vis a vis de dovezile facute publice de catre Fundatia Vier Pfoten si Asociatia Anima Pro Terra. Uite ca se poate, uite ca nu toate autoritatile inchid ochii. Numai lucrand impreuna ONGuri si autoritati putem cu adevarat schimba situatia.

The most violent of the public administration`s employees has been fined yesterday by the DSV. He has been charged with 3000 RON which is the highest fine for his acts of violence. Big thanks to the DSV which has by itself taken attitude in this case that is already traveling around the world shocking everybody. So this makes the DSV the first public institution that takes act agains the proves made public by the Vier Pfoten and Anima Pro Terra. Things can work out not all the authorities are closing their eyes. Only working together non profit organisations and the authorities can really change the situation.
