Der Projektkoordinanor bei der ASPA, Razvan Bancescu, hat am Donnerstag im Rahmen einer Pressekonferenz als Beweismaterial Fotografien von Hunden gezeigt, die für Analsex und zur Masturbation missbraucht wurden. Er ist der Auffassung, dass die durch Tierschutzorganisationen ins Ausland geschickten Hunde für solche Aktivitäten benutzt werden. Hunde aus Rumänien, die zur Aodption ins Ausland geschickt wurdenb, kamen in Deutschland und Dänemark an.

Razvan Bancescu, der Koordiantor des Programmes der Behörde für Aufsicht und Schutz der Tiere, hat am Donnerstag auf einer Pressekonferenz erklärt, daß die Mehrzahl der Hunde in der Tierporno-Industrie aus Rumänien und Bulgarien stammten. Es gäbe spezielle Bordelle für Zoophilie in Deutschland und Dänemark, wo die Hunde hingebracht würden.

90% der Hunde, die aus Rumänien zur Adoption gelangen, werden für andere, als die von der Tierschutzorganisation angegebene Zwecke benutzt, erklärte Bancescu, der weiterhin sagte, daß er für diese Behauptung Beweise habe, die er der Staatsanwaltschaft präsentiert habe. Die Hunde werden für Tierversuche, aber auch für Zoophilie benutzt. Zur Verdeutlichung seiner Worte zeigte Bancesu während der Pressekonferenz mehrere Bilder auf der Leinwand, die zeigten, wie Hunde zu sexuellen Handlungen wie Analsex, Oralsex, und Masturbation missbraucht wurden. Die Fotos stammen von einschlägigen Internetseiten.

“Auf diesen Abbildungen kann man sehen, daß es wenige Rassehunde, aber viele Strassenhunde sind. Ich kann nicht sagen, daß z. B. Azorel aus der strada Lăcătușului nr.5 in einem Bordel Franz in Deutschland gelandet ist. Aber es ist eine Tatsache, daß viele grosse Hunde ins Ausland gehen, und nur bei 10% kommt es zu einer wirklichen Adoption, 90% werden für diese Aktivitäten missbraucht”, sagte Razvan Bancescu.

Der ASPA-Repräsentant sagte, dass 2014 20.000 Hunde mit Europäischem Heimtierausweis aus Bukarest ins Ausland zur Adoption gelangt sind, aber nur bei 4.000 davon konnte das tatsächliche Ziel verifiziert werden.

“Im Jahr 2013 haben die Streunerhunde, die auf Bukarests Strassen lebten, den Tierschutzorganisationen 6 Millionen Euro eingebracht, von denen nur 1.300.000 Lei versteuert wurden. Durch die kommerzielle Nutzung der Strassenhunde wurde ein Gewinn von 20 Millionen Euro erwirtschaftet” sagte am Donnerstag Razvan Bancescu.

Razvan Bancescu richtete Anschuldigungen an die Adressen mehrere Tierschutzorganisationen. Er sagte, daß VierPfoten im März 2014 in Curtea ADP, Sektor 6 den illegalen Hundehandel gedeckt habe. Über Asociatia Cutu-Cutu sagte Bancescu, daß die Direktorin, Marcela Pasla, 60.000 RON vom Vereinskonto entnommem und privat verwendet habe.

“Von 110.000 Lei Spendeneingang hat sie 60.000 entnommen und auf ihr Konto ohne Verwendungszweck und Steuerzahlung eingezahlt. Ich habe Beweise” sagte Bancescu.

Über das Strassenhunde-Managementprogramm sagte Bancescu, daß bisher 51.200 Hunde eingefangen, von denen 23.000 adoptiert wurden. Ungefähr 2000 Hunde befinden sich in den ASPA Public Shelters, etwa 30.000 Hunde wurden eingeschläfert. Aktuell befinden sich 4000 Hunde auf Bukarests Strassen.

Die Anzahl der durch Strassenhunde auf den Strassen Bukarests gebissenen Menschen ist im Monat Dezember um 90% im Vergleich zum gleichen Monat zu Beginn des Programmes der ASPA zurückgegangen. Das ist das positivste Ergebnis der letzten 30 Jahre laut Bancescu.

“Im Monat Dezember 2014 wurde die kleinste Anzahl der von besitzerlosen Hunden gebissenen Personen seit 30 Jahren gemeldet. Seit Beginn des Programmes wurden 17.600 Beschwerden gezählt und 51.200 Hunde ohne Besitzer eingefangen. Gleichzeitig wurden 23.000 Hunde adoptiert, von denen 6.400 Adoptionen kontrolliert wurden (EK: In Bukarest) ebenfalls konnten 24 unregistrierte Private Shelters identifiziert werden” erklärte Razvan Bancescu, Koordinator der ASPA, der auch erwähnte, daß 16.700 Hunde ohne Besitzer durch die Stadtverwaltung Bukarest sterilisiert wurden.

Das Projekt zur Verwaltung der Strassenhunde Bukarests begann am 01.10.2013, mit der Vorgabe, dass 80% der Hunde gefangen werden und die Hundebisse um 90% reduziert werden sollten. Das Ziel wurde erreicht, und dies zwei Monate vor dem geplanten Termin.
