In acest proces vom merge pe idea ca noi, iubitorii de animale, constituim o minoritate semnificativa, ca nu suntem doar un club de oameni ciudati. Vom arata ca drepturile noastre cele mai elementare, dreptul la viata (2-3 decese in urma atacurilor hingherilor), dreptul la sanatate, la proprietate, la informare echidistanta, ne sunt incalcate. Este DE ESENTA sa fim foarte multi, persoane fizice, oameni de pe strada. Dar si cei care, prin natura activitatii lor, pot depune declaratii importante, fie ca sunt militanti, fie ca sunt intr-o asociatie de salvare a cainilor, etc, toti sunteti bineveniti. Cei care sunt in strainatate si se simt lezati de faptul ca Romania este aratata cu degetul in Europa, sunt rugati sa vina cu declaratii. Avocatii stiu ce au de scris, dar noi TREBUIE sa ne facem “temele”. Sunt bune pana si “declaratiile” in care oameni simpli spun cum si-au pierdut cainele de la bloc, care desi era ingrijit si neagresiv, a fost considerat fara stapan. Voua, celor cu un caine in strada, v-a fost incalcat dreptul de proprietate (chiar de proprietate comuna) asupra acelui caine si eventual si dreptul la sanatate psihica. Va rog distribuiti aceste idei. Spuneti prietenilor, rugati sa spuna si ei altora.

Va rog sa-mi scrieti ca sunteti de acord sa va constituiti parte civila alaturi de noi. Daca da, trimiteti-mi va rog un singur rand care sa inceapa cu numele, adresa, buletin si eventual un telefon. Daca se poate sa scrie ti si o scurta declaratie in care sa arate cum a fost afectat de legea eutanasierii, fizic psihic si din punct de vedere al demnitatii umane. Cheltuielile cu avocatii, taxele, traducerile se vor imparti la numarul de membrii dar nu vor fi mari, speram sub 100 ron de persoana. Nu este necesara prezenta fizica in sala de judecata.”

Gerichtlich gegen die Bestialität vorgehen (Information für Interessierte – Teilnahme leider nur für Rumänische Staatsbürger möglich)

Unsere Klage basiert auf die Tatsache, dass wir, Tierfreunde, eine bedeutende „Minderheit” darstellen und nicht nur ein „merkwürdiger” Klub sind. Wir wollen beweisen, dass unsere Grundrechte, und zwar das Recht auf Leben (es gab bekanntlicherweise 2-3 Todesfälle nach Angriff der Hundefänger), das Recht auf Gesundheit, das Eigentumsrecht und das Recht auf einer neutraler Informierung verletzt wurden. In diesem Sinne ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass wir uns sehr viele zusammentun: Privatpersonen, Leute von der Straße, aber auch diejenigen, die aufgrund ihrer Tätigkeit, entweder als Aktivisten oder in einer Orga für Rettung der Hunde, eine wertvolle Aussagen abgeben könnten. Hier seid ihr alle willkommen. Auch rumänische Staatsbürger die im Ausland leben und die sich dadurch betroffen fühlen, dass Rumänien mit dem Finger gezeigt wird, können diesbezüglich aussagen. Die Anwälte wissen wohl wie man die Klage juristisch zu begründen hat, wir aber sind gesucht unsere „Hausaufgaben” gut zu machen. AN UNS LIEGT ES! Es zählt wenn ihr berichtet, dass ihr euren geliebten Hund vom Block, obwohl zahm und sauber, durch die Hundefänger verloren habt, weil dieser als Streuner galt. Euch, die gemeinsam einen Hund auf der Straße besitzt, wurde ein Eigentumsrecht nicht erkannt und eventuell auch ein Recht zur geistigen Gesundheit. Bitte verteilt diese Idee. Lasst eure Freunde darüber wissen und bittet diese sie auch anderen zu sagen.

Es folgt eine Detailanweisung, welche Daten und Informationen benötigt werden. Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden geteilt und man rechnet dadurch mit einer Belastung von weniger als 100 Ron = ca 26 Euro pro Mitkläger. Persönliches Erscheinen ist nicht erforderlich vor Gericht.

Trial “Anti-beasts” (Information for english speaking people – participation restricted to romanian citizens)

Our action is based on the fact that we, animal lovers, represent a significant minority and are not just a weirdo-club. We want to prove that our fundamental rights, namely the right to live (there were 2-3 deaths due to attacks of the dog catchers), the right to health, the right to property and the right to a neutral informing were injured. In this regard, it is crucial that a lot of us join: individuals, unknown people, but also those who are either militants or active in a rescue for dogs, and who, because of their work, could make valuable statements. All of you are welcome! Also Romanian citizens living abroad, who feel being shown with the finger on behalf of Romania, can testify about it. The lawyers know well how to justify the claim legally, but we are REQUESTED to make our “homework” as well. IT IS UP TO US! It counts when you report us, how your beloved dog from the block, though tame and clean, was lost to the dog catchers, because she was considered stray. All of you who owned a „community owned dog”, a property right of yours was embreached, and possibly a right to mental health. Please spread this idea. Let your friends know about it and ask them to tell others.
