Wieder findet eine Tagung der FVE (Federation of Veterinarian of Europe) vom 12. bis 14. November 2015 statt und zwar diesmal in Brüssel. Bestimmt erinnert ihr euch noch an unseren unvergesslichen Sieg und die Blamage für die korrupte rumänische Veterinärbehörde (A.N.S.V.S.A.), als Claudiu Dumitriu doch noch zur GV der FVE in Iasi im Juni eingeladen wurde und zu Wort kam. Jetzt folgt der nächste, noch wichtigere Schritt:
Alle Mitglieder der FVE müssen aufgefordert werden, in Brüssel zu veranlassen, dass die rumänische Veterinärbehörde mit sofortiger Wirkung ausgeschlossen wird, bis ihre ungeheuerlichen Machenschaften ein Ende haben. (Alle Adressen zu den europäischen Veterinärbehörden findet ihr im Anhang).
Bitte bombardiert sie mit dieser Forderung!
In Rumänien stellen sich mutige Frauen im Alleingang und unter Gefährdung von Leib und Leben den Gruppen von brutalen Hundefängern der ASPA in den Weg. Während in den europäischen Kommissionen der FVE Dutzende von Männern sitzen, die sich widerspruchslos die infamen Lügen der rumänischen Vertreter der FVE anhören, wohl wissend und dem Internet sei Dank, was in Rumänien wirklich abgeht. Ohne Skrupel wurden nun sogar Menschenleben geopfert wie gerade beim Brand des Nachtclubs (ebenfalls das Resultat korrupter Regierungsmitglieder). Den Rumänen reicht es, sie gehen auf die Strasse gegen ein massiv korruptes politisches System. Eine Revolution ist ausgebrochen. Wann endlich stehen auch die europäischen Vertreter der FVE auf und äussern sich mutig zu ihren hohen Ansprüchen, die sie auf ihrer Website propagieren? Wie viel unsagbares und unnötiges Hundeleid muss noch passieren, bis europäische Tierärzte ihren rumänischen Kollegen die rote Karte zeigen, bis sie endlich geschlossen gegen diese uns allen bekannten und untragbaren Verfehlungen angehen? Wie lange wollen sie noch tatenlos zuschauen, welche massiven, irreparablen Schäden an Kindern und Erwachsenen in Rumänien begangen werden, indem vor ihren Augen weiterhin grausam und absolut gesetzeswidrig mit Strassenhunden umgegangen wird? Die Tierärzte in Brüssel vertreten auch unsere Kultur, unser Gewissen und unsere Moral !
Das Mindeste, was man von den Kommissionsmitgliedern der FVE erwarten darf ist, den sofortigen AUSSCHLUSS der rumänischen FVE-Vertretung zu verlangen, bis das Tötungsgesetz, das hässliche Kind von Liviu Harbuz, und die damit zusammenhängenden Tierquälereien auf Grund von Korruption und Vetternwirtschaft ein Ende haben!
„Am meisten gefragt ist dazu Herr Liviu Harbuz, der Vertreter der Tierärzte aus Rumänien beim Europäischen Tierärzteverband (FVE). Ihm wird nachgesagt, dass er sogar eine leitende Stellung im Rahmen des FVE anstrebt.
Paradoxerweise ist Herr Liviu Harbuz Spitzenpolitiker in einem Land, in dem die Menschen seine Politiker zutiefst hasst. Und er ist der Freund eines gewesenen Ministerpräsidenten der wegen Korruption eingesperrt ist in einem von Korruption verheerenden Land. Er ist ein sehr wohlhabender und erfolgreicher Geschäftsmann (wie aus seiner Vermögenserklärung auf der Internetseite des Parlaments Rumäniens ersichtlich), in einem armen Land, in dem tausende ehrliche Geschäftsleute Bankrott gehen ist er der „Vater” der Nationalen sanitär-veterinären Behörde (ANSVSA) und des Konzepts „Wohlergehen der Tiere”, in Rumänien, wo die ANSVSA Hohn und Spott treibt mit dem „Wohlergehen der Tiere” (die Gräuel tolerierend und verdeckend denen die herrenlosen Tiere im Rahmen ihres sogenannten Managements ausgesetzt sind). Die gleiche ANSVSA brüstet sich mit einem großartigen Gesetz (das Gesetz zur Massenermordung der Streunerhunde per Dringlichkeitsverfügung der Regierung OUG 155/2001, geändert durch Gesetz 258/2013).Dieses bewirkt nur Empörung, Abscheu, psychisches Trauma und unzählige Straßenproteste in Rumänien und Europa (zehntausende von gequälten, getöteten oder dem Hungertod überlassenen Tiere, Untergrabung der öffentlichen Gesundheit durch die Blockierung der Tollwutimpfung der Hunde, Stimulierung der Aussetzung der Hunde oder der Schaffung eines absurden Monopols der Kennzeichnung und Registrierung der Hunde zugunsten des Tierärzteverbands aus Rumänien (CNMVRo).“
Es ist höchste Zeit, dass die Mitglieder der FVE endlich Farbe bekennen!

A new meeting of FVE (Federation of Veterinarian of Europe) shall take place between 12 and 14 November 2015, this time in Brussels. Surely you recall our unforgettable success and contomittant disgracing of the corrupt Romanian veterinary authority (A.N.S.V.S.A.), when in June Claudiu Dumitriu and Dr. Rudi Hofmann were eventually invited to the FVE general assembly in Iasi and had their say. The next, even more important step is yet to come:
All FVE members need be requested to take action in Brussels such as to have the Romanian veterinary authority excluded effective immediately, until they put an end to their unimaginable doing. (Attached are all addresses of the European veterinary authorities).
Bomb them with this demand! Please!
In Romania brave women acting on their own and putting themselves in harm’s way try to fend off entire groups of brutal ASPA dog catchers (ASPA is the Authority for the Supervision and Protection of Animals). And all this while dozens of members of the FVE European Commissions listen to the lies of the Romanian FVE representatives of FVE, perfectly aware – thanks to the Internet – of what’s really going on in Romania. It has come so far that, unscrupulously, even human lives are sacrificed, as with the recent fire in a Bucharest night club (another consequence of corruption amongst the members of Government). The Romanians have had enough, they are taking to the streets and protest against a amssively corrupt political system. It is the outbreak of a true revolution. How long still, before the European representatives of FVE finally stand up and by their high expectations asserted on their website? How much more unimaginable and useless pain endured by the dogs before the European veterinarians show their Romanian colleagues the red card, until they finally act as one against all the unbearable wrongdoing we are all aware of? How much longerl will they watch passively how irreparable damage is caused to children and adults alike in Romania, as they witness the cruel and totally illegal treatment of stray dogs? The veterinarians in Brussels represent our culture, our conscience and our morals as well!!!
The minimum we can expect from the members of the FVE commission is the immediate exclusion of the Romanian FVE representation, until an end is put to the murderous law, Liviu Harbuz’ ugly child, and to all cruelty towards animals facilitated by corruption and nepotism!
Most entitled to answer these interpellations is Mr Liviu Harbuz, the Romanian veterinarians’ representative at the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe, whom, it is rumoured, envisages candidacy to a managing position within FVE.
Paradoxically Mr Liviu Harbuz is a top politician in a country that profoundly hates its politicians, he is the friend of an ex-prime-minister locked away for corruption in a country devastated by corruption, he is a most prosperous and successful business man (as revealed by his wealth statement available on the website of the Romanian Parliament) in a country where thousands of honest businessmen go bankrupt, he is the „father” of the National Sanitary-Veterinarian Authority (ANSVA) and of the concept of „animal welfare” in a country where it is the same ANSVA that mocks „animal welfare” (tolerating and covering up the horrors stray animals are subjected to as part of their so-called „management”); it is he who comes before you and boasts about a formidable law (the law for the mass-killing of stray dogs passed by Government Emergency Ordinance OUG 155/2001 amended by Law 258/2013) that has not caused but revolt, repulsion, psychic trauma and countless street protests in Romania and Europe (besides tens of thousands of animals tortured, killed or let to die of starvation, in addition to the undermining of public health by blocking the rabies vaccination of the dogs, in addition to stimulating abandonment or creating
It’s time the members of FVE finally showed their true colours!

Către TOŢI activiştii pentru protecţia animalelor din Europa!
Am mai câştigat ÎMPREUNĂ!
Destul cu rugămințile, a sosit timpul cererilor imperioase!
DESTUL cu scuzele!
DESTUL cu ignoranța!
DESTUL cu tactica de tergiversare!
Între 12-14 noiembrie 2015 va avea loc o nouă întâlnire a FVE (Federation of Veterinarian of Europe/ Federația Europeană a Veterinarilor), de această dată în Bruxelles. Cu siguranță vă mai amintiți de succesul nostru de neuitat şi de situaţia ruşionasă în care s-a găsit corupta autoritate veterinară română (A.N.S.V.S.A.), când până la urmă Claudiu Dumitriu și Dr. Rudi Hofmann au fost invitați la adunarea generală FVE din luna iunie de la Iași şi şi-au expus punctul de vedere. A venit vremea următorului pas, şi mai important:
Trebui să cerem tuturor membrilor FVE să acţioneze la Bruxelles pentru excluderea imediată a autorităţii veterinare române, până când practicile lor scandaloase se vor fi sfârşit. (Găsiţi toate adresele autorităților veterinare europene în anexă).
Bombardați-i cu această cerere!
Există femei curajoase în România, care acţionând singure şi punându-şi viața în pericol se aşează în cale unor grupuri brutale de hingheri ai ASPA, şi asta în timp ce în comisiile europene ale FVE duzine de membri ascultă minciunile reprezentanților români ai FVE, ştiind prea bine, graţie Internetului, ce se întâmplă cu adevărat în România. S-a ajuns până la sacrificarea lipsită de scrupule de vieţi omeneşti, cum s-a întâmplat recent în incendiul din clubul de noapte (de asemenea un rezultat al corupţiei ce s-a întins printre membrii guvernului). Românii s-au săturat. Au ieşit în stradă și protestează împotriva unui sistem politic profund corupt. A izbucnit o adevărată revoluție. Cât timp le mai trebuie reprezentanților europeni FVE până să se ridice, curajos, la nivelul înaltelor lor pretenţii publicate pe pagina lor de internet? Câtă suferință de neimaginat și inutilă mai trebuie să îndure câinii, până când veterinarii europeni le vor arăta cartonașul roșu colegilor din România, până când vor acţiona uniţi împotriva tuturor abuzurilor insuportabile, pe care le cunoaştem cu toții? Cât timp mai au de gând să rămână pasivi la daunele ireparabile provocate copiilor și adulților din România, care asistă la modul inuman și absolut ilegal în care sunt tratați câinii comunitari? Medicii veterinari de la Bruxelles reprezintă şi cultura, conștiința și moralitatea noastră!!!
Minimul pe care îl putem aștepta de la membrii comisiei FVE este să solicite EXCLUDEREA imediată a reprezentanților români ai FVE până se va fi terminat cu legea cea criminală, copilul hidos al lui Liviu Harbuz, și cu chinuirea animalelor înlesnită de corupție și nepotism!
A sosit timpul ca membrii FVE să pună cărțile pe masă!
