Ermutigende Nachrichten aus Constanta: Während eines gestrigen Treffens zwischen Vertretern der Stadtverwaltung und Tierschutzorganisationen (unter ihnen Save The Dogs) gab es die offizielle Ankündigung, dass ein Vertrag zwischen der Stadtverwaltung Constanta und Puppy Vet, der Firma, die das Strassenhundemanagement in der Stadt am Schwarzen Meer betreibt, am 03.02.2016 endet. Details zur zukünftigen Planung sind noch nicht bekannt, allerdings gibt es eine Basis für Veränderungen. Notizie incoraggianti da Costanza: durante un incontro che si è svolto ieri tra funzionari del comune e rappresentanti di associazioni animaliste (tra cui Save the Dogs) è arrivata la comunicazione ufficiale della rottura tra il Comune di Costanza e Puppy Vet, la ditta privata che gestisce i randagi nella cittadina sul Mar Nero. Il contratto che regola i rapporti tra le due parti cesserà il 3 febbraio e non sarà rinnovato. Il futuro è ancora tutto da disegnare ma le basi per un cambiamento di rotta ci sono già. Encouraging news from Constanta: during a meeting that took place yesterday between officials of the municipality and representatives of animal welfare organizations (including Save the Dogs) arrived the official announcement of the conclusion of the contract between the Municipality of Constanta and Puppy Vet, the private firm which manages the strays in town on the Black Sea, starting with the 3rd of February.
