Persönlicher Bericht einer Tierschützerin aus Constanta:

Ich war heute bei dem Gespräch im Rathaus und wir haben viele Dinge diskutiert. Hauptsächlich die Eiligen !! Also

  1. Morgen wird diese Puppy Vet SRL gehen (am besten zur Hölle, diese verfluchten Kriminellen) und die Stadtverwaltung übernimmt selbst !! Ich werde dort sein mit X und Y um die Hunde zu zählen und auf eine menschliche Art aufzuteilen. Welpen zu Welpen usw !!
  2. Ich habe einen Vertrag als Freiwilliger mit der Stadtverwaltung abgeschlossen für ein halbes Jahr !!
  3. Ich werde zweimal in der Woche persönlich dort hingehen und den Kot, die Zwinger usw. reinigen !! Wir werden das alle tun, abwechselnd!!
  4. Diese Puppy Vet SRL hat alles mitgenommen, wir werden also eine menge Sachen benötigen
  5. Ich habe den Offiziellen im Rathaus gesagt, dass ich für eine Gesetzesänderung kämpfen und ein Vorbild für andere Städte geben werde!
  6. X und Z werden auch als Freiwillige mithelfen (Danke, Ihr seid die besten Menschen aller Zeiten)
  7. Ich habe dreimal jeden gefragt, ob er mit Hundefutter für die Hunde aushelfen kann … Sille. Ich hoffe also, ich kann das schaffen :-)))

Hintergrund: Der Vertrag mit Puppy Vet SRL endet morgen. Die Stadt hat sich entschieden, den Vertrag nicht zu verlängern. Stattdessen hat das Rathaus von Constanta beschlossen, das Strassenhundemanagement an einem runden Tisch zusammen mit Tierschützern, Vertretern der Stadtverwaltung und Shelterbetreibern zu organisieren. Die Gespräche werden fortgesetzt und Pläne für ein neues Public Shelter und Renovierung des existierenden Tierheimes sind auf dem Tisch. Der Bürgermeister Decebal Făgădău erklärte, dass er möchte, dass Constanta einen zivilisierten Weg zur Lösung der Herausforderung einschlägt.

Personal report of a volunteer

I went to the city hall meeting and we discuss about a lot of things but mainly about the urgently ones !! So;

  1. tomorrow the puppy vet SRL will go (in hell, i hope, bloody criminals) and the city hall is taking over !! I will be there together with X and Y to count the dogs and to separate them in a humane mood , pups with pups, etc !!
  2. i closed a contract with the city hall for an year, like volunteer !!
  3. I will go there twice a week to clean the poo, the kennels, etc !! We all go by turns!!
  4. the puppy vet SRL took everything , so we will need lots of things
  5. I told to the official of the city hall that i will fight for changing the law of killings and i give examples of other cities !
  6. X and Z are volunteers too (thank you, you are the best man ever )
  7. I ask everyone 3 times who can help with the food for the dogs and …………….silence :)))

    Background: The Puppy Vet SRL contract ends tomorrow. The city deciced not to use the option to renew it. Instead of that the townhall of Constanta made the decision to organize the stray dog management on a round table together with volunteers, municipality and operators of the shelter. Discussions will go on and plans for a new public shelter and renovation for the existing shelter are on the table. The mayor Decebal Făgădău stated that he wants Constanta to adopt a civilized way to handle the challenge.
